Apartments
We are proud to offer luxurious double apartments in wooden chalets and venerable stone houses with а full range of hospitality services.

Every apartment comes with a small garden and a fruit tree. Our rooms combine modern comfort, carefully thought-out design, and antiques hand-picked with love.
The Eastern
The Eastern represents a bright and cheerful Orientalism in golden, metallic, green and blue hues. Upon entering the spacious living room you will find an ample sofa in sea-wave colors with bright focal points: ornamental pillows of different colors. In the middle of the room stands a unique coffee table: an antique Arabic tray with inscriptions, protected by glass around the edges.
The Etruscan
The Umbrian culture has absorbed the culture of the ancient Etruscan people, who once ruled over Rome. The décor of this suite plays up ancient, pagan, half-cultured, half-"barbaric," brutal motives: massive cubic armchairs, a coffee table made out of a head of a Doric column of light stone, an impressive wrought-iron bedhead in the shape of two big dark wood wings on vertical legs.

What can you do in Incantico?
Fifteen hectares of the Incantico park will offer everyone something for their tastes.
The estate boasts of around 5000 meters of treaded paths. They go through olive and maple groves, descend into the ravine "underworld," wind past a 200-year old oak, and following varied terrain along the stream they lead you to our own waterfall. If you run down the roads and paths past the gazebo, following stone steps, past the oaks and bramble bushes, you will find yourself in a long winding stony ravine approximately 30 meters deep, with steep walls. Along its bottom flows an ice-cold stream with rapids and high waterfalls, which is the border of the estate.
Even a quick and superficial walk along the Incantico "underworld" – its ravine and the stream – will take you at least an hour, but you will not want to hurry. The estate is enormous (15 hectares), and even when we have a lot of guests, it is easy to find a spot to be alone with nature. Depending on the season, on your way you can eat black cherries, or other berries and fruits.

There are animals too: hares, squirrels, foxes, porcupines, and sometimes you could even spot a badger, deer, or a boar. The animals are timid, though, so only a patient photo-hunter can see them, sometimes after hours of "lying in wait."

Park Incantico
Мы задумали и выстроили Incantico как пространство трансформации, в котором ландшафт и природа помогают людям меняться. Incantico создано специально для групповой и тренинговой работы.
Triclinium
(A Roman meeting space)
Twelve marble Roman couches (klinai) positioned in threes on a mosaic floor in the shade of three old oaks.
Lavender Spiral
3000 lavender bushes are planted in a spiral of 12 rows, creating a field with a special look and smell.

Constantly shifting one's focus of attention from small objects (grass, stones) to medium ones (trees, districts), to enormous ones (the mountain), a person is able to calibrate, sharpen and develop their skill of refocusing, entering the state of trance and exiting it, focusing and de-focusing their attention.
