The Eastern
Total area: 38 sq. m. A living room, a bedroom, a mini cloakroom, a bathroom.
Colors, textures, sentiment of the apartment
The Eastern represents a bright and cheerful Orientalism in golden, metallic, green and blue hues. Upon entering the spacious living room you will find an ample sofa in sea-wave colors with bright focal points: ornamental pillows of different colors. In the middle of the room stands a unique coffee table: an antique Arabic tray with inscriptions, protected by glass around the edges.
The Exposition
Paintings by Yuri Ustinov, a renowned theater and cinema artist.
The private garden
The apartment has a private garden with a balcony overlooking the garden of The Venetian apartment. You can enter the garden via the bedroom. A formidable sprawling oak tree grows in front of the garden, and you can reach it via a garden area shared with The Theater apartment.

The garden offers sofas to relax in the shadow of the house and an open lawn where we plan to construct a vertical herb garden.
Additional details
The apartment is lavishly decorated: there are a lot of wicker baskets, colored pillows, wooden and ceramic non-glazed vases. There is an antique emerald-green wooden chest of aged coloration with metallic rivets in the living room, and the bedroom features a ladder bookcase and a full length floor mirror in a massive wooden frame. The headboard is made of two horizontal wooden planks of natural shape painted dark with sparkles of tender green.

Слышен голос, гортанный и резкий,
Меж снастей видны смуглые лица
И мелькают красные фески...»
